Supported Living (SL)

Live life your way, with the right support alongside you.

Supported Living is designed around your goals, choices, and aspirations. Whether you are building everyday living skills, connecting with your community, managing your home, or working towards greater independence, we will work alongside you to provide the support that is right for you.

You decide where and how you want support. That might be a few hours each week, regular check-ins, or more intensive assistance. Together, we'll develop a plan that reflects what matters most to you and supports you to live confidently and independently in your own home and community.

Your Home, Your Independence

Supported Living is for people who want to live in their own home while receiving the support they need to achieve their goals and maintain their independence. The service is flexible and tailored to you, providing support in the areas that matter most to your daily life.

Our team works alongside you to build skills, develop confidence, manage everyday routines, and stay connected to your community. Whether you need occasional support or more regular assistance, you remain at the centre of all decisions about your life, your home, and your future.

Funded by MSD Disability Support Services, Supported Living is designed to help you live the life you choose, with the right support behind you

How to Access Supported Living

Supported Living is a service that helps eligible people live as independently as possible in their own home and community. It is designed around a person's goals, strengths, and the areas where they would like support. Together with the person, we identify the things that are important and the support needed to achieve them. This will be documented in an individualised personal plan and reviewed regularly to make sure it continues to meet needs and achieve goals.

Eligibility is assessed through Disability Support Link, and the service itself is funded by MSD Disability Support Services.  If you are not sure if this service is right for you, , get in touch and we'll help you work it out.
